We were up early this morning for some top-water fishing action. The wind was basically non-existent and the lake was smooth as glass.
Today the fishing was all about diversity. Between my father-in-law and myself, we caught over 65 fish – walleye, small mouth bass, northern pike, and lake trout. What do you do with that many fish? Well, some of it became shore lunch, but the overwhelming majority of it was returned safely to the lake for future fishermen/women to enjoy.
